1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Since all our offerings — including online courses, templates, and digital learning materials — are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully completed and course access has been granted, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Exceptional Cases

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased course or materials, we’ll gladly assist.

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and provide:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • A brief description or screenshot of the issue

Refunds may only be considered in rare and verified cases where access was never delivered due to a system or platform error.

3. Unauthorized Use or Sharing

All content purchased from KrossKube is for individual use only.

If we detect unauthorized distribution, account sharing, or content misuse, your access may be suspended or terminated immediately, without notice or eligibility for a refund.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or course preference
  • Incorrect course selection
  • Personal reasons, including lack of time or scheduling conflicts
  • Device incompatibility if the course functions on standard browsers

We recommend reviewing all course details carefully before purchasing.

5. Cancellation of Live Sessions

If a live session, workshop, or training event hosted by Learn KrossKube is canceled or rescheduled by us, participants will receive:

  • Access to a rescheduled session, or
  • Access to an equivalent session or recorded version at no extra cost.

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows by participants.
