1. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment or enrollment, you will receive access details via the email address provided during checkout or registration.
This may include:
- Login credentials or access links to your course dashboard
- Downloadable resources or materials (if applicable)
- Instructions to access your course or training content
Digital product delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of payment.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to email verification, payment gateway processing, or server delays.
2. Check Your Email
If you do not receive access after your purchase:

- Verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

3. Live Session Access
If your purchase includes access to a live session, webinar, or workshop, joining details and schedules will be shared via email at least 24 hours before the session.
Ensure you check your inbox regularly and mark our emails as “safe” to avoid missing important notifications.
4. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical goods.
There are no courier services, shipping charges, or tracking numbers associated with your order.
All deliveries are made electronically via email or our learning platform.
